Description:

This one-day clinic is an exciting opportunity for participants to learn the basic fundamentals of baseball such as baserunning, fielding, hitting, and pitching. Coached by trained Monterey Recreation sports coaches, skills and proper mechanics will be presented in a positive, small-group environment through a variety of drills and creative games.

Registration is limited to the first 12 participants.

If we cancel a program for any reason, participants will be entitled to a full refund or transfer to another activity. Classes will be cancelled three (3) business days prior to the first class if the class does not meet minimum enrollment. If you prefer, our staff will assist you in finding another activity that meets your needs. No refunds will be given after the class begins. Refunds given if notified three (3) business days before the class begins. A 25% service charge will be assessed to each activity cancellation.

Required age: 11 - 14 on the day of the activity

Notes: Classes will meet on Saturday at Frank E. Sollecito Ballpark (725 Pearl St. Monterey, CA 93940). Please send your participant with comfortable clothes, a baseball glove, closed-toe shoes or rubber/molded cleats, and plenty of water each day.
