Family Monthly Auto-Pay

Family Membership is defined as two adults and their dependent children 20 years of age and younger that live in the same household. (If eligible family members exceed 6 individuals, please see the front desk in person prior to purchasing the Family Membership). Family members 18 and older must sign the Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement. Once a dependent becomes 21 years of age, they will be removed from the Family Membership.

Please Note: 

Account Owners must CLICK ON each family member prior to purchase check-out in order to successfully add their family members to the membership. Selected members will reflect a green check mark next to their name prior to check-out. 

*Youth ages 9-12 years have access to the gymnasium, two indoor pools, sun deck, and locker/shower rooms. Youth do not have access to any cardio, strength, or functional training spaces or equipment, saunas, or group exercise classes.  

*Teens ages 13-17 years have access to the gymnasium, two indoor pools, sun deck, locker/shower rooms, and unlimited group exercise classes. Teens do not have access to saunas. 

*Teens ages 14-15 years are required to be directly supervised by an adult to access any cardio, strength, or functional training spaces or equipment. 

*Teens ages 16-17 years may use cardio, strength, or functional training spaces or equipment unsupervised. 

For guests who would like assistance on how to use our fitness equipment, one complimentary 30-minute Fitness Orientation for ages 16 years of age and older is included with membership. OR, upgrade to a 60-minute Personal Training session for only $50.00! *Call or email the personal training office to schedule.

*Adults 18 and older have access to the gymnasium, two indoor pools, sauna, sun deck, locker/shower rooms, cardio strength, functional training spaces and equipment, and unlimited group exercise classes. New members are encouraged to register for a complimentary group Adult Fitness Orientation or a private Adult Fitness Orientation at a nominal fee.

*Parent or legal guardian of minor must execute the Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement on the minor's behalf.

*Photo upload required for each family member for membership purchase prior to checkout.

*City of Monterey Residents must upload proof of residency to receive the 10% City of Monterey Resident Discount.

*Active Duty Military members receive the City of Monterey Resident Rate. If you are Active-Duty and do not live in the City of Monterey, please bring your Military ID to the Monterey Sports Center to activate your discount prior to making a purchase. Discounts will not be applied retroactively. 

***Member may request cancelation 30 days after the purchase date.
