Description:

(Ages 13+) This class teaches self-defense techniques with and against a variety of weapons emphasizing correct use and proper form. Wooden practice weapons are used including Short, Middle and Long Staff, Long Sword & Knife. Benefits include improved strength, flexibility, focus, dexterity and awareness of surroundings. All skill levels are welcome. 

Refund Policy:

Cancellations received at least 7 days prior to the activity start date receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the activity start date receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds for cancellations received less than 24 hours before start time. Exceptions can be made for illness.
