Description:

Students will develop rhythm and coordination by learning basic ballet and tap steps along with poise, balance and grace to start creating a strong dance foundation.  Young dancers will learn basic positions and terminology as well as explore creative movement.  Dancers participating in the Spring Recital in April are encouraged to register for the entire year, Sept-April.  Those registering after Jan 1, 2025 may not be able to participate in recital-based class if a recital costume is not available at that point. However, you can still participate in the class. Recital costume fee must also be paid by the deadlines (57091).  Early Bird fee $60 due by Dec 6, 2024.  Final Fee due $70 due by Dec 20, 2024.  Late fee $80 after Dec 20, 2024 based on costume availability.  

NO REFUNDS for costumes once they are ordered.  Recital is Saturday April 26, 2024, times TBA.

In order to participate in recital, you must be in the same class in Spring quarter as Winter quarter since the costume that was ordered and the dance learned is specific to that class only.

Notes: A Welcome Packet will be sent out with the dress code, important dates and other information each Friday after registration begins to make sure all new participants receive the information.
