Registration Closes May 12th, 2024

This program provides a positive introduction to baseball and is grounded in fun, fitness, and fundamentals. Our goal is to create an environment where players will learn the skills of the game while having fun and staying active. This league is designed to prepare kids to move up to our machine pitch league. 

Registration closes May 12th, 2024. Late registration can take place until June 2nd, 2024, if there are available spots on a team along with an additional $30 to the current registration price.

Practices will be scheduled by the coach to best suit the players and the coach. Practice schedules will be sent out the week of May 13th, 2024.

Games will be on Tuesdays starting on June 4th and ending on July 9th. Game times are either 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM or 6:40 PM - 7:40 PM.

Dates and times are subject to change.

Signing up for youth baseball comes with a team shirt and baseball cap the size will be requested during checkout.

Notes: -Please email chris.graves@cityofsalida.com if you are interested in coaching or volunteering. -The coach's child or one of the coach's children will get free registration. -Participants supply their own gloves and the league supplies the rest!

Prerequisites: A player must be 5 years old or older on May 1st, 2024.
