Description:

Learn the components of street and skatepark riding while exploring the variety of terrain the Salida Skate Park offers. These group lessons are interactive and suited for beginner to advanced skaters, with a focus on safety, etiquette, and developing skills and confidence. Led by Ethan Smith, with over 20 years of skateboarding experience, he provides the group with instruction, drills, and coaching for progression. Join the Salida skateboard community, make new friends, and have fun! 

Registration is available until the start time for each lesson. You may register for one or multiple lessons. Each lesson is $6.

Age: 5+ 

Group maximum: 10 participants 

Notes: If you have your own board, bring it. We have boards available to use. Bring a helmet, pads, water, sunscreen, and a positive attitude! 

Requirements: Helmet required.

Please be advised that lessons may be cancelled due to inclement weather. The instructor will contact you with as much advance notice as possible. You will have the option to reschedule or be refunded.
