Description:
A mix of aquatic exercises including cardio, strength training, short high-intensity intervals, and Pilates designed to improve your overall fitness. This class is suitable for all levels and conducted in both the lap and leisure pools. $8 drop-in or Fitness Reservation Access Pass accepted. Reservations recommended and are available starting two weeks prior to class. 48-hour cancellation policy.
