The class teaches basic aquatics skills, swimming strokes, and water concepts to adults who are novices.

Adult Lessons - Improving skills and swimming strokes

The class seeks to help adults improve on existing skills to be more comfortable in the water to prepare for specific aquatic activities or both.

Required age: 18 - 100 on the day of the activity

Notes: Please use the restroom and be dressed in your swimming suit before class starts. Soap showers required before entering our pools: Code of Colorado Regulations - Water Quality Control Division 4.11 (1). Please tie long hair back. If you have goggles, please bring them. No masks allowed. If you are sick, please stay home. Thank you for signing up for swimming lessons!
