Description:
The Stroke Clinic will help swimmers improve freestyle, breast, back, and butterfly strokes. We will also focus on racing techniques such as starts and flip turns. Swimmers do not have to be USA swimmer certified. Swimmers must be able to swim one length unassisted.
Please note that there is no class on the following date(s):
- Monday, September 30, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Monday, October 07, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Required age: 5 - 10 on the day of the activity
Notes: Soap showers required before entering our pools: Code of Colorado Regulations - Water Quality Control Division 4.11 (1).
