THURSDAY AFTER SCHOOL:

 SPHERO ROBOTICS & CODING 101 & 2.0- *GAMES + MISSIONS + CHALLENGES*  - Grades 1-3 & 4-5  -NEW & RETURNING Students.  
This One-Of-A-Kind program introduces students to the fun and exciting world of robotics and coding. Throughout the program, students will be amazed as they explore how to program, customize and control over 5 different Sphero Robots while learning a variety of basic, intermediate, and advanced coding techniques along the way! Students will also be put to the test using the Lighting Lab APP as they compete in several SPHERO Robotic free drive challenges & competitions. Examples include, The Ultimate Programmer, GALAXY- MODE Tag, The SUPER MAZE, Robot Bowling, Chariot Races, Custom built Terrain Parks, The MEGA Obstacle Course Challenge & MORE! HD CLAY ANIMATION  |  MOVIE & TRAILER CREATIONS – Grades 1-2 & 3-5 
This program puts student’s imaginations to the test. Working together, students will create a story using colourful clay, and learn how to use HD webcams and stop motion technology, to bring their stories to life. Then the students will move on to the editing process, where they get to add titles, sub-titles, credits, music and their own voice recordings, to bring out the WOW factor. After their Clay movie is complete, they will also create a high quality movie trailer of their Clay movie. At the end of the program each student will receive both projects to take home on a brand new USB key!

IPAD MOVIE CREATIONS | Filming + Editing + Acting & Animating  – Grades  1-3 & 4-5 or ONLY Grades 1-3
This program is the ultimate multi-media IPAD experience! Throughout the program, students will learn how to create up to 4 different projects using a variety of IPAD APPs. Students will also have the opportunity to challenge their gaming skills with our popular Games of Strategy Apps. At the end of the program, students will have created a unique Photo Slide Show movie, an HD Toy-Animation Movie, A Special Effects/Super Powers Feature Film Movie & a one-of-a-kind Movie Trailer Project. At the end of the program, each student will take home both movie projects on a BRAND NEW USB KEY!

MOVIE MAKING 101 *ACT+FILM+EDIT * – Grades  1-3 & 4-5 or ONLY Grades 1-3
Lights, Cameras, Action! In this program, students will learn about story telling, filming techniques, and creative movie editing skills, as they film, edit and create their own Feature Film Movie and Movie Trailer.  Using top of the line laptops, iPads & HD digital cameras, students will have the opportunity to plan, film, & edit their entire feature film movie from start to finish.  On the second to last class, students will have time to also create a one of a kind movie trailer creation.  At the end of the program, each student will take home both movie projects on a BRAND NEW USB KEY!
