Description:

Seniors Fit Dance for Your Health.  Here is a chance to stay fit and learn new dances for full body health.  The class will include a fitness portion as well as specially deisgned dances for balance, coordination, memory, circulation and more.  Classes are created and led by a dance teacher also certified as a personal trainer/fitness instructor.  No experience necessary, modifications can easily be made.  Come and join a new and active community!
