Intermediate Summer Dance Training* Jazz, Contemp, Lyrical & Ballet Each ‘Summer Dance Training’ class includes: 30 min Strength & Conditioning, 30 min Skills & Technique, 45 min of learning a Dance Combo and a 15 min deep stretch. Prerequisites: Ages 8+ with at least 2 years jazz and/or ballet experience, passionate about dance and wants a challenge!

Notes: hair in a ponytail or bun/up and out of face, wear fitted/stretchy clothing, bring water bottle, ballet slippers, socks and dance paws or jazz shoes to each class
