Hello, thank you for your interest in our 2023/2024 season! Please read the following:

Our 23/24 season runs Sept 5-June 19 with a two week winter and spring break. Some programs will have in-studio peformances between those dates and all classes on the schedule that are underlined will have a performance in the last week of June. Tuition rates are based on a full year and divided into 10 equal payments. Prices are not adjusted for months with holidays. Registration after Sept 5th will be pro-rated for missed weeks.

To register and set up payment installments you will need:

• an amilia account with us using your current e-mail address 
• your Visa or Mastercard or, to if you wish to set up E-Checks, you will require your banking information: Account #, Branch #, Transit/Institution #
• basic contact information, home address
• to open and read the Terms and Conditions in the checkout

Upon registration you can select to pay the year in full or choose installments in which case your first month's tuition as well as a registration fee of $19+gst/child/school year is collected and 9 future installments are set up. The registration fee and your first month of tuition is not eligible for credits or refunds under any circumstances. Cancellation of classes can be done anytime after your first month with notice by the 15th to cancel an upcoming month.

Other policies to note:

• If you select to pay the year in advance all normal cancellation policies apply. If you cancel eligible credit can be left on your account indefintely. If you opt to have your eligible credit refunded please note that all refunds are subject to a 4% fee.
• Costume fees are eligible for credit (not refund) if cancelled prior to costume ordering.
• Competition Fees are eligible for full credit (not refund) if cancelled prior to event registration, if cancelled after event registration a partial credit may be available provided the event issues one to us (doctor's note may be required).
• Mainstage Performance Fee, Drama Performance Fee & Choreography Fees are not eligible for credit or refund under any circumstances.
• Overdue fees more than 1 week late may result in the suspension or cancellation of your registration and/or inability to participate in performances and events.
