Kids GYMNASTICS | SATURDAY 1PM | Adult Accompaniment Required

 On Saturday from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM.

Location: Cygnus Gym | 20 Lake Ave, St. John's, A1E 1H4

Description:

Walking to Age 5 (Adult Accompaniment Required)

A child-directed class in a fun and safe environment. Kids will be introduced to a variety of movement and age-appropriate gymnastics skills by our trained coaches while they explore our gymnasium. 

We have a coach available in the gym at all times for any questions or ideas. 

Please note that due to insurance limitations, there is no Trampoline or Tumble Trak available during this class. 

KIDS DROP-IN CLASS GUIDELINES

  • Registration, including waivers, must be completed online prior to the class. On arrival, you must check in with our administrator.
  • Parents/Guardians must be actively participating with their child throughout the class.
  • Trampoline and Tumble Trak are not permitted for this class 
  • Parents/Guardians and kids should sanitize frequently throughout the class and maintain social distancing.
  • Photos are not permitted.
  • No drinks, food or gum permitted inside the gym.
  • Kids are permitted to bring 1 pre-filled water bottle. No other food/drink permitted.
  • Parents/Guardians must wear socks or wear clean, indoor sneakers inside the gym. Kids must be barefoot.
  • Parents/Guardians and kids are expected to pre-screen themselves for symptom prior to attending. 1 symptom means you must stay home.
  • Arrive no sooner than 5-10 minutes prior to start time.
  • Parents/Guardians and kids must follow the directional arrows for entry and exit protocols.
  • Only one Parent/Guardian permitted per child. We recommend the same guardian consistently for those returning each week.
  • Parents/Guardians must wear masks at all times. 
  • Any accidents, even minor, should be reported to the coach or by e-mailing info@cygnusgym.comimmediately following the class. 
  • Stay safe, and have fun!

  • 2023-24 Gymnastics NL Recreational Membership

Required age: - 6 on the day of the activity

Notes: Please Note: Trampoline & Tumble Trak are not available for use in this program due to Insurance Restrictions.
