Description:
Adults age 18+ This is an excellent class for adults looking at building their fitness levels, from beginner to advanced athletes, from all sports and backgrounds. Our trained coaches will lead you through a workout to keep you sweating and having fun! Please Note: Trampoline & Tumble Trak are not available for use in this program due to Insurance Restrictions.
