Description:

There are several benefits for taking the AARP Smart Driver Course.  Many auto insurance companies offer a 5% discount for customers who have completed the course.  Also, this is a chance to “get up to speed” on what is changing around us (you as a driver; automobile technology; highway design; challenges of everyday driving and more).

This Refresher Course  is four hours long and covered in one morning.  Participants must have attended an Initial Course within the past three years.

Required age: 50+ on the day of the activity

Notes: Participants must submit a copy of their current certificate of completion, current driver’s license and AARP Membership Card, if applicable to complete registration. Submissions must be received 2 weeks prior to start of class. The course is $20 for AARP members and $25 for non-members. Members with AARP United Healthcare 'Medicare Supplement Insurance' the course will be paid for by United Healthcare. Bring your insurance card.
