Summer Break Camps 2024 @ Main Event Gilbert

We are excited to continue our partnership with Main Event Entertainment in Gilbert! At Main Event, our campers will take part in private, scheduled sessions of laser tag, bowling, and the towering ropes course. Campers will also receive unlimited-use cards for Main Event's sprawling arcade during normal breaks. (*Note: Some attractions have height restrictions. Please reach out to Main Event for more information.)

Camp prices:
Prices vary from week to week due to demand, holidays, and other factors. Click on a week below to view specific prices.
If there is Early Bird Pricing left it will be reflected automatically on the registration page. In order to be transparent and keep our pricing low for our customers, we do not offer coupon codes or sibling discounts.
We offer payment plans for no added fee! During checkout, simply select a payment plan and follow the instructions.
Age group:
Junior (entering Kindergarten to 2nd grade in the fall)
Apprentice (entering 3rd to 8th grade in the fall)
Camp Schedule:
8:00am-8:30am - Drop-off
8:30am-11:30am - Morning session with 20 minute break (AM half-day option)
11:30am-12:30pm - Lunch with break
12:30pm-3:30pm - Afternoon session with 20 minute break (PM half-day option)
3:30pm - Pick-up
3:30pm-6pm: Optional Extended Care
Breaks
Campers will have one break per AM and PM session and a longer break after eating lunch. During breaks, our staff will be situated near the front door of the facility to monitor your child's safety. Campers will be able to participate in all the games and activities offered by Main Event on top of scheduled bowling and laser tag games throughout the week.
Lunch
Due to state regulations for full-service kitchens, Main Event Gilbert is unable to allow outside food. All food must be purchased from Main Event Gilbert on the first day of camp each week. Lunches and snacks will be provided to all campers by Main Event Gilbert according to the following weekly pricing schedule:
$60 for 5 hot lunches with drink and 10 snacks
The full list for lunch options will be available at sign-in on the first day of camp. (Prices will be adjusted for the shorter holiday weeks.) Please let us know on the first day of camp and through the child information form you complete during registration if there are any allergies we should be aware of and this information will be passed along to the instructors and the location's kitchen staff.
Extended Care
$75/week or $25/daily.
Apprentice campers only please due to the nature of Main Event's open concept. From 3:30pm up to 6pm each day, your child will continue to enjoy Main Event's attractions. To purchase a full week, proceed to checkout with your chosen week(s) of camp and select the recommended "Extended Care" add-ons. Full weeks can also be purchased after the fact via the "Extended Care" tab on our store page. If you require only specific days, please email us and we can assist you.
Regarding Safety and Our Instructors
At EFK, safety is our #1 priority. All campers will receive a green wristband each day for identification which the facility staff also recognize. EFK's staff will have ID badges and will be wearing official EFK shirts. Our STEM instructors are background-checked and have current fingerprint clearance cards. They receive training on our curriculum and in areas of classroom management. All of our lead instructors are either state-certified teachers or have years of experience in STEM and/or education fields.
Camp Cancellation Policy: All cancellation and change requests must be submitted in writing by emailing us at phoenixinfo@engineeringforkids.com. For fastest service, simply reply to your invoice email. No refunds are given when cancelling 15 or fewer days from the start date of the camp. For all approved cancellations, you may choose between either a full account credit or a refund minus a 3% processing fee. By registering, you reserve a seat in our camp. As such, EFK is not able to provide a refund or credit for any absence or tardiness that occurs during your scheduled session including those related to illness.
