L’enfant explore les possibilités de mouvement de son corps. Il travaille les directions, les niveaux ainsi que les différentes qualités du mouvement et il découvre les premières notions de maintien. Il fait aussi des exercices de rythmique et de créativité associés au mouvement. 

The child will explore the movement possibilities of his/her body. He/she will work with the different orientations, levels and qualities of a movement and will discover the first knowledge of the body posture. He/she will also enjoy doing exercises through rhythm and creativity associated to the movement.
