Description:
Weekly Lessons 3 on 3 is designed to allow athletes to understand the game with less athletes on the court before getting into to a full 5 on 5 scrimmage. 3 on 3 has proven to allow athletes to develop the understanding of moving without the ball and to make game time reads on the court. Athletes will engage in 30 minutes of 3 on 3 concepts in the half court and will engage in half court 3 on 3 game play for the remaining program time.
