Welcome to inversions! In these classes, we will teach you everything you need to know in order go upside down safely. You will learn your basic invert, poses, dismounts and stunning tricks! This hour-long class we will focus on all of the foundational inverts with in-depth instruction and give one-on-one attention that will ensure you always feel safe while upside-down. Instructors:
