Description:
Congratulations on completing Pole 2! In our mixed level Pole 3 and 4 classes we will dive even deeper into pole moves and help you prepare for those super advanced moves coming up in 5+.
In each class we will start with a group warmup, then move onto practice time. We will teach everyone the same moves and if anyone hits a block with a certain move, we will give them things to work on before they can progress on that specific drop in day. Every class we will give you a combo that includes moves from previous levels as well as what you learned that day. We will then pick (or use a student’s) song and have you make that combo into your own fun choreo based on that song we put on! This level has some of the most dynamic spins, jaw dropping drops and beautiful poses!
