Welcome to drop-in classes! Pole 2 is all drop-in based, so you can come as often as you like! Each class will start with a group warmup, then you will learn the days moves. We will go over each move, different ways in and out of them, different variations of them and how to link them into combinations with the other moves you learned that day. You will learn so much every day of pole 2 that you will walk away feeling like a pro!
