Science of the Human Body

Take a closer look at the microscopic mechanisms that make humans tick!

Examine the complexities of human anatomy and physiology through fast-paced, engineering design activities. Utilizing exercise and movement as a teaching tool, learners’ problem-solve to unravel the mysteries of the human body with activities like running for a minute to measure heart rate, approximating energy expenditure, and discovering the importance of refueling with proper nutrition.

Maintaining health and fitness is a lifelong endeavor, and Science of the Human Body is the perfect introduction to a healthy lifestyle! 

 

Mechatronics and Sphero Robotics

This summer our campers will build, create, and invent as they explore the basics of mechatronics engineering. They will work to design gadgets, tools, and machines from self-driving vehicles and art machines to a Chain Reaction Contraption.

Our young campers then Use the fundamentals of coding kids will be introduced to variables, conditions, functions, and more as they create a Time Bomb, Navigate a maze, and code the Sphero to escape a room as quickly as possible. The only limit is your imagination. We strive to inspire curiosity, creativity, and invention!
