Description:
Take to the skies with our kid-approved drones! Housing a thrilling, hands-on aerial robotics platform, this class is the perfect introduction to the world of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Safety is a priority as students learn to fly and explore the real-world applications of drones. Students will master basic piloting skills, program their drone to fly on its own, and use the Engineering Design Process to problem solve. Putting critical thinking to the test, the class also has students brainstorm ways drones could be used for good, sketching out their ideas for new and innovative drones and uses.
