Description:
This class is intended for students 7 yrs and above, adults, seniors and families. Students will work on etiquette, discipline, communication skills, and working well with others. Classes focus on form, kicking and punching drills, prearranged fighting drills and technical application. Entry level drills and exercises will be used to challenge and engage students of all ability levels. For more information, please visit www.bennettskarate.com.
