Description:

Previously named "Soft and Gentle Yoga", this is yoga with a gentle touch. We take our time getting into each pose. Once there, we hold the poses. We savor each moment. As we breathe in each pose, we may find flexibility and build strength. Yoga is a journey to self-discovery. Be sure to bring water, a yoga mat, blanket, and wear something comfortable.
