Circus truly is for everyone! Gentle Aerials is aimed at students who are overcoming a fear of heights, working with physical limitations, or who simply want to slow down and take their time. Students will learn the fundamentals of aerial movements at a relaxed pace, and will have the opportunity to try a variety of apparatuses, including aerial sling, aerial silks, aerial hoop, and more. Classes will include a full warm-up, followed by skill work and review with a focus on good form and technique. Each student will work at their own pace. Not sure if this is the right class for you? Notes: We kindly ask that experienced students who are not able to enroll in a higher level aerials class because classes have filled refrain from signing up for Gentle Aerials. We want to hold space in this class for folks who will benefit from the specific goals, pace, and format of Gentle Aerials!
