This class is aimed at students who have some previous experience with toss skills - please read the prerequisites and make sure you meet them before signing up!

Class will focus on refining fundamental skills in sit swing, natural swing, basket toss, and tarp; learning transitions between these techniques; and exploring more advanced skills and sequences.

Prerequisites: To help ensure everyone's safety, pre-requisites will be enforced. If you have questions about whether this class is right for you, please email ellen@eshcircusarts.com prior to registration. Students must be confident with sit swing and natural swing, including jump-in and eject from both positions. Students must be confident with basket toss straight throws and half turns. Some experience with tarp throws (four bases and one flyer) is helpful but not required. Additionally, students must be familiar with at least four of the skills listed below: From sit swing: standing on forearms swan dive (to basket catch) straddle on shoulders chuck hug From natural swing: side skips let-gos barrel roll/claw catch up to reverse stacks
