In this workshop, students will learn how to interact with another person on the bar. We will explore various basing and flying positions, mirroring each other's shapes, and the beginnings of dynamic timing. No need to have a partner to sign up!

Required age: 15+ on the day of the activity

Prerequisites: Students must be at Level 201 or higher in hoop or trapeze at Esh, or have comparable experience at another studio. Students must be able to pull over a trapeze or hoop onto their hips without help from an instructor.
