FEE POLICIES
Fees are due upon registration. Payment options will be given at the time of checkout. Any gymnast whose fees are unpaid within 3 business days, will not be permitted to participate until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

REFUNDS
Refunds are issued for medical reasons only and a medical certificate or doctor’s note must be provided. Medical cancellations will receive a pro-rated refund.

CLASS CANCELLATIONS
The Estevan Gymnastics Club reserves the right to cancel any programs with insufficient registration 3 days prior to the program start date.

MISSED CLASSES
There are no discounts, refunds or make up classes for any of the following reasons but not limited to:
• illness, quarantine, health order restrictions or removal of restrictions
• voluntary absence (ex. vacation)
• power outage, unsafe weather conditions or poor air quality
• facility maintenance
• scheduled breaks (ex. long weekends, stat holidays)

PERSONAL PROPERTY
The Estevan Gymnastics Club is NOT responsible for lost or stolen property in or around our premises, including the gym floor, change rooms, viewing lounge, entrance or your vehicle. Estevan Gymnastics Club and its personnel accept no responsibility for articles left behind.
The lost and found items are disposed or donated at the end of every session.
