Description:

Road bikes are not mandatory but recommended (most athletes will have road bikes or hybrids).
The camp will involve open-water swimming and cycling to venues around Vancouver.  Athletes must bring a backpack they can cycle with (comfortably) that fits a lunch, swimsuits (goggles, towel), bike lock and extra clothing.
Seminars will cover training tips, nutrition, growth, planning and RESPECT in sport.
The week will culminate in a mini-triathlon and buddying/leadership opportunity.

Prerequisites: Pre-requisites: ability to swim 200m in under 7 minutes; bike 10km comfortably (on road), and run 2km comfortably
