Our Tiny team is a minimum travel competitive opportunity to learn new skills in a safe environment! This team performs at local competitions meaning there are low travel expenses! This is a great way to build cheerleading experience and excitement for the sport! One of the most common fears in today's society is public speaking. Cheerleading build confidence and allows kids to overcome that fear and builds performance skills!
Flexibility is essential to flying. To excel at stunting, flyers must be able to perform all body positions. These classes will teach athletes how to stretch properly and help them to maximize their flying potential and help with body awareness. It is very important that athletes continue to stretch outside of class. When stunting at an elite level flyers need to be able to execute extreme body positions and core control.
