CITY CIRCUIT COMPETITIONS:  Team Members commit to participating in City Circuit Competitions. City Circuits are a fun and team-oriented step-up from PLAY Events! Fencers do not have to compete in every City Circuit, if there is a family scheduling conflict, but need to commit to as many as possible with their team-mates
