The Aerial Hoop, sometimes referred to as lyra or cerceaux, is a dynamic aerial apparatus that combines strength, flexibility, and creative movement. In this beginner level class, students will learn vocabulary on the Aerial Hoop as well as focus on flexibility and conditioning on the Static Trapeze. All are essential to technical virtuosity on the Hoop! The class is geared towards beginners without any experience or students who have only taken the Introduction to Aerial Arts class.
