Level 3 - 3.5 A hipkey / pull-over will be the foundation for this sequence. We will explore additional elements and poses that you can mix and match to create a personalized sequence.

Prerequisites: Students must have a solid hipkey and be able to do a pull-over (e.g. for Bow Chair Front Balance Drop or for Triple Falling Angel).
