Description:
This is a one time trial class of Mini Ninjas. Flip Extreme’s Ninja Warrior obstacle course will be adjusted for kids 4y0m - 7y0m! Mini Ninjas will develop strength, flexibility, confidence, and a solid foundation of gymnastic skills in this structured, non-parented class. This program will introduce little ones to parkour, stunt training, trampoline, and Ninja Warrior in a safe and age appropriate way. Beams, bars, trampoline, rings, and modified Ninja Warrior equipment will all be used to develop skills and physical literacy.
Required age: 4 - 7 as of 9/30/2019
