Description:

This 60-minute class is designed for caregivers to exercise with their babies.  The last 15 minutes of class will focus on motor movement for babies with adult assistance.  This is a structured activity. Caregivers (one caregiver per child permitted in the gym) must be prepared to actively participate in the class with instructor’s guidance.  Class is 60 minutes, once per week.

Required age: 6 - 12 months on the day of the activity

Notes: * Required attire: bare feet (clean hands and feet) Girls – leggings/shorts and t-shirt or one-piece body suit (no skirt) hair tied back, no jewelry, stud earrings are allowed Boys – gym shorts and t-shirt * Refillable water bottles are only permitted in the specified area in the gym. * The viewing area is open. * Retail is open for shopping for body suits, shorts, grips, hoodies, shirts, hats, etc... * Athletes will wait by the gym entrance door in the north hallway for their coach to let them into the gym.
