Location: Flip 'n' Wicked Gymnastics

Description:

Ages 4 to 5 years; both girls and boys. Children will explore and learn the six fundamental movement patterns used in gymnastics. Classes begin with a fun warm-up followed by a progressive skills program in each of the gymnastics apparatus. Our unique KinderGym program has 5 levels that prepare kids for the CanGym badge program. The Advanced Kindergym program is for those athletes who have completed levels 1-3 of Kindergym.  This program runs parallel to the CanGym Geginner program, and once completed, athletes have a jump start on their first CanGym badge.

Athletes will be assessed using our online reporting program: My Skill Chart.  They will receive a Level Ribbon once all skills in the level have been mastered, (5/5 stars for ALL skills).

Class is 60 minutes, once per week.

Twice per week is recommended, and there is a 25% discount on the second class, if registering for both days at the same time.

Notes: * Required attire: bare feet (clean hands and feet) Girls – leggings/shorts and t-shirt or one-piece body suit (no skirt) hair tied back, no jewelry, stud earrings are allowed Boys – gym shorts and t-shirt * Refillable water bottles are only permitted in the specified area in the gym. * The viewing area is open. * Retail is open for shopping for body suits, shorts, grips, hoodies, shirts, hats, etc... * Athletes will wait by the gym entrance door in the north hallway for their coach to let them into the gym.
