Location: Flip 'n' Wicked Gymnastics

Description:

Boys will work with a male coach to learn skills on the men's specific apparatus.  This includes the "mushroom -" a progression to pommels, rings, and parallel bars. They will work on floor and vault drills to help increase body awareness and spatial sense, with a focus on proper technique and strength building and flexibility. Class is 2 hours.

Twice per week is strongly recommended.  Second class will be discounted by 25% at checkout.

Notes: * Required attire: – bare feet (clean hands and feet) – gym shorts and t-shirt * Refillable water bottles are only permitted in the specified area in the gym. * The viewing area is open. * Retail is open for shopping for body suits, shorts, grips, hoodies, shirts, hats, etc... * Athletes will wait by the gym entrance door in the north hallway for their coach to let them into the gym.
