Description:

This beginner-friendly, open-level, light-hearted class will bring joy to your Fridays! Learn various dance styles, including classical, cultural, and creative movements set to music from the top of the charts from the past eight decades. Seated, standing, and modifications to suit all levels and abilities offered. Join us!

 

*FLEX classes - Participants have the option of participating in the Division 3 the weekend of June 22. The class will consist of regular class work and choreography. A performer fee (under Membership tab: Adult 2024 Show Performance Fee) of $50 plus GST per performer is payable at the time of registration for those intersted in performing in the Division 3 show.

Required age: 17+ on the day of the activity

Notes: Participants are asked to wear comfortable, easy-to-move-in clothing with long hair pulled away from face. No foot wear required. Free House Dance Plus does have mats and equipment available for use, but participants are welcome to bring their own yoga mat if they would prefer.

Prerequisites: No experience necessary, all levels welcome!
