Belly Dance (Middle Easter & North African Dance) will explore a wide variety of Belly Dance Styles from earthy to energetic, and Egyptian Baladi to Street Shaabi. The classes will also focus on isolation, shimmy and undulation techniques. Join Jaime to explore the history and origin of the movements. A great class for all levels!

Notes: There are no specific dress requirements for adult classes, however it is recommended that you dress appropriately for a dance class. In most classes gym or yoga wear are suitable. Bodysuit and tights are optional for ballet. Long hair is best pulled back off the face. Footwear: Bare feet
