Ever dream of being a ballerina? Even if you were a tomboy it’s never too late to develop a little grace and discipline. Ballet is a formal, highly technical form of theatrical dance, typically performed to classical music. Ballet training will give you better posture, placement, strength and flexibility so put on some tights and point those toes. You’ll have buns of steel and an iron will to match. Twinkle toes of the world unite – everyone to the barre!

*Rehearsal Classes (RHSL) - A class open to students who are committed to performing in the Division 3 show the weekend of June 21-23. Aside from regular class work, the focus is on choreography for the show. A performer fee (under Membership tab: Adult 2024 Show Performance Fee) of $50 plus GST per performer is payable at the time of registration.

Notes: There are no specific dress requirements for adult classes, however it is recommended that you dress appropriately for a dance class. In most classes gym or yoga wear are suitable. Bodysuit and tights are optional for ballet. Long hair is best pulled back off the face. Footwear: Ballet slippers

Prerequisites: Intermediate+ level for those who have an understanding and experience in ballet.
