Description:
Drawing & Painting Grades 4-6 Students in this class will be introduced to a variety of drawing and painting techniques. Learning to draw using perspective, shading and proper proportion will help students draw realistically, and will provide a solid foundation for developing their painting skills. Using watercolour and acrylic paints, students will learn colour theory and proper painting technique as they explore realistic and abstract painting.

Notes: *No classes on Monday May 20 (Victoria Day) All program fees are non-refundable. School credit can be issued for cancellations made within 14 days prior to the start of the program. School credit is transferable within families. There is a $50 administration fee for changes requested less than 14 days prior to program start. We are unable to offer make-up classes due to student absence, illness, or for any other reason.
Prerequisites: Children must be in Grade 4, 5, or 6 in September 2023.
