Description:
No experience needed, just come join the fun! The Assumption of Risk Form must be filled out prior to your first class, this will be sent to you via email prior to the first week of classes. Any communications or updates to protocols will be sent out via email.

Required age: 18+ on the day of the activity
Notes: Classes begin Monday May 30th 6:45pm-7:45pm. May 30th June 6th, 13th, 20th Athletic Wear, No loose or baggy clothing for safety purposes
Prerequisites: No previous gymnastics training required. Ages 18-99 Welcome!
