In the first event following Haskayne Legacy Park’s debut, join Glenbow Ranch Park Foundation CEO Jeromy Farkas on an unforgettable journey of adventure and self-discovery on the Pacific Crest Trail. Sharing intimate stories of first-timers and seasoned veterans alike, Jeromy dives deep into the triumphs and setbacks of his 172-day, 5,000-km fundraising trek from Mexico to Canada for Big Brothers and Big Sisters. After ten million steps, he found a new home where he least expected it: right here in our backyard. The presentation will be followed by an open Q&A and fireside chat on the incredible promise, opportunities, and challenges in store for two of Alberta’s signature outdoor destinations: Glenbow Ranch Provincial Park and Haskayne Legacy Park. Doors open at 5:45pm; Talk starts at 6:00pm
