Take a break from your holi-daze to give yourself the gift of restoration + deep relaxation in this 1 hour Gentle class using bolsters, blocks, blankets and guided holiday relaxations. As you release and surrender your body you consequently release and surrender your mind, letting go, becoming calmer and less reactive to stressors, the perfect RX for the season.
