Description:

This inclusive fitness training is designed to improve the quality of life of individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Whether training for Special Olympics or just wanting to improve your overall health while having fun, this is the fitness program for you. Lead by trained staff, workouts will be tailored according to the individual’s abilities. The 60 minute 2-day a week training will improve endurance, strength, speed, performance, self-esteem and the individual’s overall health. A fitness assessment will be scheduled before the start of training.
