Description:
Bring on your brain! Combining fitness, science, and fun, Brain Fit seeks to help fire those motor neurons and create ongoing neuroplasticity to keep your brain on the forward track. Classes will work on language, gross and fine motor skills, auditory cues, and visual training to create an overall positive sense of brain health.

Required age: 55 - 150 on the day of the activity
