Description:
COMBO of both classes! Welcome to Balance Fit! Let's explore what balance means to you, how to recover/maintain what you need, and to become more confident in your daily movements. Classes will include step by step breakdowns of basic balance functions and how to modify/challenge for your personal best! Bring on your brain! Combining fitness, science, and fun, Brain Fit seeks to help fire those motor neurons and create ongoing neuroplasticity to keep your brain on the forward track. Classes will work on language, gross and fine motor skills, auditory cues, and visual training to create an overall positive sense of brain health.
