Description:
NO-contact Karate for Active Adults (formerly Boomer Karate) is a program adapted and designed to improve balance, flexibility, coordination, muscle tone, strength, and cognitive health specifically for active adults. Activities are adaptable for all physical abilities and are based on the Wado-Ryu style of Karate (“Way of Peace and Harmony”) and do not teach or promote fighting. Our focus is on the values of discipline, self-awareness, and control. This is the COMBO class on both Tuesday and Thursday morning.
